Tomorrow, Thursday, the draw of the 112 subsidised homes comprising the housing development to be located on Zorrotzaurre plot SI-01 will take place among the 549 people who have applied to take part.

The draw, which is organised by Amenabar Promociones in coordination with Bilbao City Hall and Etxebide, will begin at 19.00 hours at the Euskalduna Conference Centre.

This new residential development, comprising two 8-storey buildings containing 112 dwellings, will be built by Amenabar.

The development will include flats of different types. There will be fifty-nine 3-bedroom homes and fifty-three 2-bedroom models, five of which will be adapted and reserved for disabled applicants. The development will likewise provide 112 garage parking spaces and 16 boxrooms associated with the homes.

The housing prices will range from €203,444.51plus VAT, for two-bedroom homes without a garage space or boxroom to €251,655.32 plus VAT, for three-bedroom versions with a garage.
